About Objective Caml

Objective Caml (OCaml) is a modern, high-level programming language with many useful features, including:

Safety features such as static type checking to catch errors as early as possible.
Speed: OCaml programs run very quickly and use less memory than other languages.
Brevity: OCaml programs are shorter, thus easing programming and maintenance.
Portable programs which run across Windows, Mac OS X, Linux and Unix are easily written in OCaml.
